Due to customers demand in organic ingredients, we are now only produce tempeh starter using organic ingredients. Our organic ingredient base is Organic long grain rice, organic rice flour as seen on the third picture and organic soybeans. We will update the description and picture accordingly.

This 70 grams sachet is enough to make around 35 kilos of tempeh. Only 1 teaspoon or 3 - 4 grams is required for 1 kilo of cooked soybeans.

Store in a dry place away from moisture and humidity. Keep in the original packaging in an airtight glass jar in the fridge.
